Take I-80 East. Take the Highway 4 East exit toward Hercules/Stockton. Take the Willow Avenue exit towards Hercules. Keep right to take the ramp toward Sycamore Ave. Take the slight right onto Willow Avenue. Turn left onto Sycamore Avenue. Turn left onto Civic Drive. 111 Civic Drive is on the left.
From the East on Highway 4:
Take the Willow Avenue exit. Turn left onto Willow Avenue, then turn left onto Palm Avenue. Take the first right onto Sycamore Avenue. Turn right onto Civic Drive. 111 Civic Drive is on the left.
