From Willow Pass Road:Drive East on Willow Pass Road from Central Concord (Todos Santos Plaza). Turn left on Port Chicago Highway. Pass Salvio St., Pacheco St., and turn right on Bonifacio St.Make the first left onto Parkside Circle. You will enter Baldwin Park. The Senior Center will be on the right about halfway around Parkside Circle. Note that Parkside Circle is a one-way road.
